Hobbies & Enrichment, Community Events, From the Mountains of East Tennessee, Southern Gospel Music fills the air and is the home of The Kingdom Heirs, one of Southern Gospel Music’s top Male Quartets. The group started performing in local churches and concert halls and as their music and message spread to a wider audience, so did their popularity and demand. Later in 1982 they began singing at the Silver Dollar City theme park, which is now Dollywood. In 1986 when the theme park took on their new name, The Kingdom Heirs were asked to become the resident gospel group and now this year, both The Kingdom Heirs and Dollywood will be celebrating 33 years. Not only are they one of Dollywood’s favorites, but a favorite to millions everywhere. Preshow dinner starting at 5:30pm.

This is the unbelievable attempt of award-winning reporter Michael Wigge to travel 25,000 miles from Europe to Antarctica -without any money. Throughout his journey, Wigge immerses himself in fascinating subcultures, sleeps on the street with homeless people and nourishes himself with flowers. With the help of over 100 people Wigge manages to aquire free food, free accommodation and free transportation for his 150-day journey across four continents and eleven countries. From the Mountains of East Tennessee, Southern Gospel Music fills the air and is the home of The Kingdom Heirs, one of Southern Gospel Music’s top Male Quartets. The group started performing in local churches and concert halls and as their music and message spread to a wider audience, so did their popularity and demand. Later in 1982 they began singing at the Silver Dollar City theme park, which is now Dollywood. In 1986 when the theme park took on their new name, The Kingdom Heirs were asked to become the resident gospel group and now this year, both The Kingdom Heirs and Dollywood will be celebrating 33 years. Not only are they one of Dollywood’s favorites, but a favorite to millions everywhere. Preshow dinner starting at 5:30pm.
The Dog Bone Blues Band is an exciting collaboration of seasoned musicians who love to play music, from Coldwater Michigan and the Kalamazoo area. The group covers various styles of Blues, Blues Rock, and Americana. Members include Dog Bone on drums , Jessica Rae Parris lead vocals, Bob Hunt on saxophone, Terry Oosterhart bass guitar and vocals, and Bob Weis on guitar and vocals.

I doubt that many of you have ever visited Tibet in person unless you are a mountain climber. Tibet is a region on the Tibetan Plateau in Asia. It is the traditional homeland of the Tibetan people as well as other ethnic groups such as Monpa, Qiang and Lhoba peoples and is now also inhabited by considerable numbers of Han Chinese and Hui people.
